Ingredients:
1 box frozen chicken or fish nuggets
1 x bag frozen oven chips
1000 island mayonnaise
wax wrap
Method:
Preheat oven to 180° C
Place nuggets and chips onto a baking tray.
Pop chips and nuggets into the oven for 20 – 30 minutes until crispy.
Can also heat oil in a deep pan and fry in batches until golden.
Take a sheet of wax wrap, fold it double and roll into a cone shape.
Fill with chicken or fish nuggets and chips and sprinkle with coarse salt.
Serve with 1000 island mayonnaise.
